OFFICE CLEANING CHECKLIST

Office Cleaning Checklist are divided into Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

• Vacuum all the floors
• Mop all the hard surfaces
• Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed and take trash to a collection point
• Damp wipes all horizontal surfaces to remove coffee rings and spillage
• Wipe entryway and clean fingerprints from entrance glass
• Spot clean partition glass
• Clean and polish drinking fountain/water cooler
• Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces, including desktops, files, windowsills, chairs, tables, pictures and all manner of furnishings

• Clean and sanitize sink
• All trash receptacles are to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point
• Vacuum and mop hard surface floors with disinfectant
• Clean and wipe tables and chairs
• Clean and polish drinking fountain/water cooler
• Spot clean walls near trash receptacles
• Damp mop hard surface floors to remove spillage from soiled areas
• Spot clean cabinets and exterior of appliances to present a neat appearance
• Damp wipe countertops to remove coffee rings and spillage
• Clean fronts, tops, and sides of trash receptacles with a disinfectant

• Deep vacuum of whole office
• Deep mop of all the hard surfaces
• Dust all vertical surfaces of desks, file cabinets, chairs, tables and other office furniture

• Deep Vacuum of all the office floors, upholstery furniture
• Remove finger prints from the light switches and doorframes
• Skirting of whole floors
• Deep Cleaning and scrubbing of hard floors
